Good Night Candy

Time to put this one to bed, or, eh, on the couch. My Night Candy quilt is finally complete! I'm so excited for how it turned out. The whole project started long ago when I just wanted to try simple paper piecing and fell in love with the perfect-for-a-beginner Wonky Pinwheels Pattern on Craftsy.  I then became addicted to paper piecing and wanted to try something more difficult.  Enter the New York Beauty from Ulas Quiltseite and my imagination kept things growing from there.

I was excited to use the pillow covers from my favorite IKEA duvet for the backing.

I'm sharing this post with TGIFF! at Quilt Matters.

  2. Oh Ellen, I LOVE the colours you used. And I think I like the back almost as much as the front. Great job! So glad you linked up to TGIFF!
