I know confessions are a popular thing to do on blogs these days so I thought I’d share my shame with you. I like to think I’m a reasonably fit person. I eat pretty well (usually) and I get a decent amount of physical activity each week (usually) but my shame comes from the fact that I can not now, or really ever could, do a push up. NOT ONE PUSH UP. So people say, “Oh well, just do a ‘girl’ push up” – no, not me. NOT ONE DECENT GIRL PUSH UP.

So are there worse problems to have? Yeah. Would I still like to be able to do 15 decent regular push ups?
Yeah. So I’m going to work on it.
